never too old to learn

This was in the mid-90s in Surigao del Sur where we held livelihood trainings in the villages. I was touched by the locals’ interest and enthusiasm to learn as was shown by this couple. They were earnestly trying to write on the registry despite the shaking of their hands. They were farmers.
